Every Epic Stride client receives a complimentary week trial period which includes a personal consultation, benchmarking and a personalised Epic T.E.A.M training session for added motivation and support. Every training session has a maximum of 6 participants.
With the knowledge gained from your consultation, we can tailor a program specifically aimed at achieving your goals, taking into account your unique circumstances including abilities, strengths and/or injuries. Your training will be done in a T.E.A.M environment to provide support and motivation.
The main focus of an Epic Stride program is to improve your running results and better your running experience through effective, safe and fun strength and flexibility training which results in a stronger, more balanced you. Epic will help you move better, so you can run better.
Epic Stride guarantees to provide training sessions, mobility exercises and recovery routines aimed at reducing your risk of mobility and running related injuries. A more efficient and stronger body will result in more resilience and less injuries.
We understand that there are barriers to training and we have successfully eliminated them by offering a friendly, supportive, non-intimidating training environment. We use primarily body weight and low impact training techniques to give you an Epic Result.
Due to the personalisation of our programs and training, we can cater for ANY and ALL ability levels, regardless of age, skills, injuries or goals. As long as you have the will, Epic has the way!
